Logos University College
LOGOS University College is a private nonprofit higher education institution established in 2008 with its headquarter located in Tirana, Albania. LOGOS University College is a non-profit private academic institution. Logos University College is accredited as an institution and through its organizational structure offers accredited study programs in the first and second cycles. Its study programs are in accordance with the needs of the society and aspire to knowledge, innovation, research, practical exercise, employment in the labor market, the promotion of human values and culture.
The mission of "Logos" University College is to serve society through education, research, innovation, fostering individual development to transform their lives; ensuring student success in a global environment; providing academic services and developing an inclusive community. "Logos" University College ensures the success of students for the future training them academically, professionally and socially. Real life learning enables students to be ready for the labour market, to compete successfully into the global economy and to face life challenges. "Logos" Univesity College aims to be a modern centre of learning and culture for transforming their lives.

Edvaldo Begotaraj
Edvaldo Begotaraj, PhD in Dynamic and Clinical Psychology completed his professional and psychological education at Sapienza University of Rome, Italy, Department of Dynamic and Clinical Psychology in 2020. Graduated in Clinical and Community Psychology at the same University in 2007. After academic positions in Albania and Italy, he was appointed Head of Department of Pedagogy-Psychology at KU LOGOS, Albania. He is member of several European psychological associations. Dr Begotaraj has been principal and co-investigator in numerous national and mainly international studies in traumatic psychological intervention, clinical psychology, mental health of students and has published more than 30 scientific reports, a considerable part of them in peer review article his research includes projects on public health, mental health, covid-related psychological symptoms on different clinical and non-clinical populations. Dr. Begotaraj is credited as a reviewer for many indexed journals of high impact factor. Some of his works has been awarded with Best Prize in international conferences in Italy. Keyword characterizing the expertise: motivation, anxiety, depression, mental health, narrative exposure treatment.
Entela Kostrista / junior researcher
Entela Kostrista is a Ph.D. candidate and an assistant lecturer of Mathematics and Statistics at the Department of Management at LOGOS University College. She is a Bachelor and Master of Science in Mathematics degree holder from the University of Tirana and a Master of Science in Statistics degree holder, a programme offered from the University of Tirana in collaboration with the Institute of Statistics of Albania. She is also an invited academic staff at the Sports University of Tirana for the subject of Applied Statistics.
She started her experience as a researcher with an internship in the National Agency for Scientific Research and Innovation of Albania, to later become part of the Research Center at LOGOS University College. As a data analyst, she has collaborated with various researchers in the field of medicine and social sciences and she has conducted also a series of trainings and certifications in the field of statistics; Statistics for Data Science and Business Analysis and also for different statistical software.
Entela has participated and is currently engaged in several Erasmus projects in the institution where she works. Also she has carried out mobilities through the Erasmus program in partner universities of the LOGOS University College and has participated in projects to exchange different teaching experiences.
Marinela Pane
Marinela Pane is an experienced professional in the field of social work and lecturer in Social Work Branch, Faculty of Humanities and Linguistic Communication, Logos University College and lecturer in Department of Social Policy and Social Work, Faculty of Social Science, University of Tirana. Her extensive experience in the field generally in non -profit sector allows her to provide students with practical insights and real-world examples, enriching their learning experience.
Marinela Pane has actively contributed to the social work profession through research, publications, and participation in conferences and workshops. Her teaching and research focuses are on topics: Social Work in Health Care; Sociology of Health; Project Management in Social Services; Social Services in Justice System, Administration of Social Services; Supervision of social services, aiming to address pressing social issues and inform evidence-based practices. Also has been engaged in different projects from the conceptualization to their implementation in different directions, service provision, fundraising, capacity building, lobby and advocacy for vulnerable targets like terminal patients, elderly in need, children with Disabilities.
Ledion Musaj
Ledion Musaj, a clinical psychologist who holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology. He utilizes a combination of research-based methods and therapeutic techniques to help individuals overcome mental health issues, enhance their well-being, and realize their full potential. Just after finishing his studies in 2021, he became part of the University of Tirana's personnel as an assistant lecturer and researcher. He is particularly interested in comprehending the dynamics among thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and environmental factors that influence mental health. His passion for philosophy and the human mind adds to his work, allowing him to draw from a vast array of knowledge and viewpoints to help people navigate life's challenges. Additionally, he has experience training AI specialized in CBT and also experience with other projects related to the integration of AI in mental health services.
